4. What should I do if I received a damaged or wrong product?
Please email us at support@expressmart.fun within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will arrange a free replacement or a refund (if replacement stock is unavailable).
5. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 6 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
